Once the mud is gone, large equipment needs:
- Mini excavator/skid steer/like machinery to dig and move mud
- Big truck to haul gravel and sand
- Donations for fencing material (we have a supplier for the material)
- Metal siding for one shelter
- Gardening work
- Brush cut near fencing
Items we can always use:
Equine
- Horse treats
- Grass hay
- Whole Oats
- Gift certificate to Infinity Feeds in Seymour
- Gift certificate to Fleet Farm
- New or used Western Saddles and Saddle Pads
- New or used English Saddles and Saddle Pads
Office Supplies
- Gift certificate to office supply store (i.e. Office Depot or Office Max)
Tools
- Plastic manure forks – new or in good shape
- Work gloves in adult/children sizes
- Garden hoes
Miscellaneous
- Silent auction items (we are planning a fall event if it works out)
- Items to sell at farmers markets and events (homemade dog treats and toys, homemade cat beds, plants, and any homemade crafts are just some examples)
- Volunteers to help at 1st Annual Barn Raiser and Chili Cook Off on the last Saturday in August
